Daily Event - Monday through Friday
Campus Tour Program: Your visit will begin with an hour and a half long campus tour starting at 1:30 PM followed by a 30 minute information session. The information session is led by a member of our admissions staff and is designed to address the application process, financial aid, and highlight various aspects about life at USD.
We do not limit the size of our tours. We will be able to accommodate all registered visitors on days that we are open, and have tour guides available when classes are in session. We look forward to seeing you!
When filling out the reservation form, please only provide the student’s information. For our purposes the ‘Ticket Buyer is the student, regardless of who is entering the information. Thank you!
Parking:
You should enter the campus at our more western entrance (USD West Entrance) off Linda Vista Road. Visitors to our campus will need a parking permit Monday through Friday. A parking permit may be obtained from the kiosk officer at the entrance of USD (you must be in the left-hand lane to access the kiosk officer). Your parking permit is valid in white-lined spaces only, not red, ("Reserved") or blue ("Handicapped", unless appropriate) spaces. We would strongly encourage you to park in our West Parking Structure to the left of the entrance. This is the most open and available place to park. After parking, you may either walk up the hill to Serra Hall (about 10 min) or catch the USD Tram for a ride up the hill and exit at Colachis Plaza (Fountain Area). Serra Hall will be the 2nd building ahead on the right. You are welcome to park closer to our office if you can, but unfortunately those spaces are often not available.
